Sand Creek High School is currently accepting applications for school choice for students in grades 9-12. If you are interested in scheduling a tour, please reach out to sandcreekleadershipteam@d49.org.

Choice Application Information

Sand Creek High School is currently accepting School of Choice Applications for grades 9-12. Approval relies on available space, staffing, and priority status. 

Use the district’s School of Choice Webpage to access the online application portal or to review specific choice policies. 

When applying, note these key guidelines:

  • Current D49 Students: Submit your request by logging into your Parent Portal account and selecting the internal choice form. 
  • Non-District Residents: Apply by choosing the "Enroll Now" option on the D49 Central Registration Site. This is your first step in the enrollment process if you are not a current D49 student.
  • Transportation: Families approved for School of Choice are generally responsible for providing their own transportation to and from the requested school.
  • High School Athletics: Transfers may affect athletic eligibility, so families are encouraged to review the Colorado High School Activities Association (CHSAA) rules before applying.
